I'd also like to apologize to all of you, but unfortunately the production will take a bit longer than expected. This isn't due to any technical issue - the pillows are fine, it has something to do with workflow intricacies from the manufacturer's plant. We would really prefer not to change the manufacturer, as we are satisfied with their quality and control, and reaching out to someone else would be a bit of a lottery.
As such, we expect manufacturing to finish and delivery to begin some time in October. We'll announce as soon as we have more specifics, but I'm pretty confident that we won't have further delays.
Thanks again, we can't wait to ship you your rewards, and are very grateful for helping us make this product a reality!

I can gladly confirm that most backers have completed their BackerKit surveys, meaning we have their phone and address information, and all that is left is to manufacture their Comfy Night sets and send them over!
However, if you haven't finished your BackerKit survey yet, you may use this link to recover access to your Survey, if you can't find any BackerKit invitation emails.
When completing your BackerKit survey data, you have submitted your credit card information to Stripe - the payment processing company that BackerKit is using, to cover the shipping fee.

Over the past week, most of the backers have completed their BackerKit surveys and provided us with their address information.
