First, I would like to thank you very much for your contribution towards Comfy Night. Our team really appreciates your Kickstarter pledge, and we would not have been here without your warm support.
Today we would like to reach out with a humble request.
It's been a while since we shipped all Comfy Night orthopedic pillow sets to our dear backers. It would be awesome to hear about your experience with our product, so if you could spare half a minute of your time to let us know in the comments about your thoughts on the pillows and how you use them! We'd love to hear anything - how often do you use the pillows, whether it helped you sleep better, if you're using them as a back or sidesleeper, etc!

Dear Backers,
First, I would like to thank you very much for your continued patience as we work on ironing out the last few problematic shipments, and apologise for not having updated you earlier.
There are still some backers who are eligible to get their packages re-shipped, however, the global logistics are still severely impacted by Covid-19 lockdowns.
The lockdowns have resulted in massive backlogs and unpredictable lead times. This affects our newer project's production as well (Comfy Night Spring Pillows).
However, please rest assured that all eligible backers will receive the rewards they've pledged for.
I do have great news though - we've signed contracts with some of the world's best orthopaedic specialists to prepare a brand new product with unprecedented amount of features and pros for consumers, which we'll be launching after having solved the existing projects' delivery issues.

Today we would like to tell our Comfy Night backers about a socially important new product that just launched on Kickstarter.
Throughout the way, we helped their creators setup and launch their Kickstarter project, sharing our experience and advice. We believe the device they came up with will help thousands of lives in the nearest future, so we feel it's very important to spread the word.

A major breakthrough in scientific research lets you measure the impedance of your moles – easy as taking your temperature at home!
We’d like to introduce you to NOTA – a surprisingly effective app-powered mole tracker. NOTA works by measuring the electrical impedance of moles on your skin.
It is actually a little known fact that moles and tumors have a very different electrical impedance – this is what allows NOTA to work, and track changes in your body over time. Besides the electrical impedance, moles and melanoma have several notable differences.
Moles (or the medical term: Nevi) are pigmented skin formations that vary in color and can be brown, black, red, or purple (though rarely more than one color).
Those moles that show up after sunbathing, start itching, or have grown and/or changed color should be taken seriously and checked.
That’s why monitoring your moles is vital. Before, you were only able to do it by paying close attention to any changes in your moles. NOTA is the most accurate and convenient way to track your moles.
Normal tissue and tumors have different amounts of water in them, which leads to differences in bioimpedance: a measure of how well the body impedes the flow of an electric current.
By using super-sensitive electrodes, NOTA can measure tiny differences in bioimpedance in the skin and specifically, within your moles.
As long as the cell contents are normal, NOTA will show a green light. When the light turns yellow or red, this indicates abnormalities and changes in your mole.
The mobile app allows you to track your moles and any changes over time. It also offers regularly updated health information on skin, moles, and how to properly care for them.
NOTA is designed to fit into your everyday routine. Just like an at-home thermometer, you can use NOTA to check any changes in your moles whenever you are concerned, or at regular intervals.

A while ago, we have requested that those remaining backers who did not receive their Comfy Night sets submit a special interactive feedback form to allow us to mass collect your complaints, sort and address them automatically.
I'd like to let you know that the absolute majority of these issues have been resolved without any additional actions from our end. This is because we have shipped by sea, so delivery simply takes some time to arrive. Most backers who have used the form have gotten their packages several days after.
However, there are still some cases left. Because, unfortunately, not all backers have confirmed receipt, we would like to ask that if you still don't have your package, you submit a new form.
