❗ Additional Comfy Night Sets Shipped

Greetings!
As we've announced in our most recent updates, we are collecting your feedback and complaints on shipping through the automated interactive feedback form.
Said feedback form allows us to automatically sort and forward any problems to our contracted courier, which makes it possible for our very small team to process requests in bulk.
Today I'd like to confirm that we've sent a new shipment of Comfy Night sets to those backers who were late in submitting their post-campaign backer surveys, and whose packages were truly confirmed to be lost in transit.
Tracking information for these packages will be available and emailed to the appropriate backers within the next week.
I'd like to note that most of the complaints we've got over the feedback form were sorted without our interference. As we've mentioned before, the packages were sent by sea, and therefore it is quite normal for them to take some time to reach their destination.
We'll be sure to announce once these tracking numbers were sent, to ensure the affected backers won't be missing them.

Hello everyone! In our previous update, we've introduced the interactive Google Form, which you can use to let our courier know of any problems with your Comfy Night set's shipping.
We're already receiving your feedback, and are working on addressing the problems. But I'd like to take the opportunity to remind our community about the feedback form once again, to make sure as many people see it as possible, so we can solve any remaining issues.
❗ NOTE: We sent all parcels by sea, this means that we can only consider those cases problematic that have at least 45 days since last tracking update. Sea shipping takes a while to arrive to your destination country, especially considering the viral situation.
❗ When filling out the form, please make sure that you are entering your Kickstarter profile's email address. If you ever changed it, enter the one that was there on the day when you pledged for our project.
❗ Submitting wrong email address may delay, or render the processing of your request impossible! We may not be able to contact you if you provide wrong email address, so please double check.
❗ If you have already submitted this form and provided your Kickstarter profile's correct email address (see above), there is no need to submit it again.
