Greetings!
I am glad to hear that more backers are receiving their Comfy Night pillow sets daily!
However, some backers still report problems with their tracking numbers - some seems to be expired, while others were not sent in the first place.
Unfortunately, we couldn't address these complaints in a timely manner due to the Lunar New Year, and the COVID-2019 quarantine that paralyzed China, the country where our courier is based.
The good news however is that we've finally settled this matter with the shipping company. We've re-sent the pillow sets that were lost in transit and re-sent all tracking numbers that were affected by this, and other issues.
So if you're still waiting for your tracking number, and do not receive it within the next 24 hours, please let us know over Private Message.
Thank you so much for backing our project, and please forgive us for any inconvenience. In the end, we'll ensure every backer gets their eligible rewards.

It has come to our attention that some backers (mostly US-backed) have not received their Comfy Night pillow sets.
As we explained in our previous update, we have shipped the pillows by sea. The international shipping may take a substantial amount of time to get to the destination.
However, we were expecting all ships that carry our cargo to arrive by now.
We apologize that this has not happened in every case, and we promise you that your parcel is en route, and will be delivered soon.
So please keep checking your tracking information, and soon enough, you'll have your own unique, orthopedic pillow set!

Hello everyone,
Today is an update and some clarification about your tracking numbers.
We have emailed everyone their tracking information automatically, as soon as we've received the list from the courier. However, judging from the fact that we're getting quite a lot of requests from backers to send them their numbers on all channels, it seems the emails could have ended up in Spam in some cases.
To solve this, we have prepared a method to recover your tracking information by yourself. To do that, simply go to our website below, and enter the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.

If you get an error, you might have changed your Kickstarter profile's email address at some point after pledging to our project. In that case, please enter the original email.
Secondly, we've been getting complaints from US based backers about their tracking numbers.
As the US is where most of our backers live, and our manufacturer is located in China, we had to send the pillows overseas in one large bulk shipment. It's on its way by sea, and unfortunately, tracking doesn't work at this stage. As soon as the cargo reaches US soil, and the pillows clear local customs, they'll be picked up by FedEx (or other couriers, in some cases), and this is when you'll start seeing movement.
I humbly apologize for not communicating this clearly.

Dear backers!
Today I'd like to confirm that your Comfy Night sets are with our contracted logistics company. They are on their way to be shipped to your addresses right now.
However, due to some technical issues on the courier's side, unfortunately, I will not be able to send your tracking numbers for a bit. The courier assured us that they will provide your numbers not later than next Friday.
As soon as they do, we'll email your tracking information to you automatically. I'm really sorry about this delay, but unfortunately it's something beyond our team's control.
However, the wait is almost over, and you'll have your Comfy Night pillows very soon!
